Cam with my water heater

Before choosing Stratford Ridge As our home , There were many other Apartment complexes We were looking into And they all ... had bad reviews and good reviews . We chose Stratford because The rent Was pretty reasonable And the apartment Is pretty spacious . In spite of the bad reviews We took a chance . And overall I have to say It's not That bad at all. We had a few issues in the beginning But they were Handled in the proper manner And it was taken care of And repaired . LaShonda and Raven Are Wonderful , patient, and kind . There will Always be issues Residing in apartment complexes But if we all work together In a timely And loving fashion it will be taken care of . We all have to do our part as well . The only complaint I have is the garbage dumpster. But that to can be taken care of...And just for the record We have not seen any roaches As of yet Maybe a water bug , Some little ants But not excessive . We try to control it ourselves By doing our part in trying to Use Preventive measures And one thing I have to recommend From Amazon Is infested Bug – Home Pest Spray peppermint scented it's a 16 oz bottle for $14 And it works and it's safe for kids and pets Every month we spray in the kitchen area Bathroom bedroom To avoid any bugs . I moved into Stratford Ridge about 8 months ago and I was not impressed with service but since this new management took over, ... their services and responses to the needs of residents have greatly improved. There is a strong wave of accountability as they leave no stone unturned in their quest for excellent service delivery from maintenance to security. I recently had an experience of loosing a wallet which contained vital personal identity cards but to my greatest relief I was able to retrieve it at the liaison office 3 days later. You get a lot of bang for your buck at this apartment complex. Great location with many restaurants and stores nearby. ... The new management company (Pinnacle) picks up the phone and are on top of their game where tenant's needs are concerned. The breezeway in my building has been cleaned (previously full of garbage on floor, which I had to sweep)! Now what we need is for security to keep the kids from hanging out and smoking in the buildings. Maintenance team much better than prior team.
